I'm doing all five variations of the 100 Theme Challenge. I alphabetized all the themes to find the duplicates (108) and I'm currently in the process of filling in the holes to make it a 500 Theme Challenge for all the brave artists out there. I have about 50 more themes to think of.
I've also decided today that I'm going to work a lot harder on my art, giving them full backgrounds and everything. Thought I would start with something simple... It will be colored as soon as I get the 120 set of crayons.
I like this - I really do! But, critiquing myself here, I know the light source is off on everything except Owlicious. I also notice that the open book and the hoof holding it are strange.
iPads take amazing photos.
And somehow, I think my boyfriend is right when he says that I'm going to be a children's book illustrator whether I like it or not.
